Living the Vision

Whether you are a Fortune 500 company, a small non-profit, a large university, or a local k-12 school district, having a vision and being able to live into that vision are two distinctly different  phenomena.

Without acknowledging this difference, many organizations and professionals find themselves at a crossroad. They can either choose a commitment to organizational change, settling for 'peace and pay,' or letting the organization die a 'slow death.' For many the latter two are the only options that seem feasible.
